Task: To organize a conference for the International Labor Organization.
Solution:
On November 25, an international scientific and practical conference was held in the building of the National Library with the participation of the heads of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, employees of the International Labor Organization and representatives of the CIS Executive Committee.
Among the participants were representatives of government agencies, research institutes, as well as guests from Belarus and Kazakhstan.
To organize the Conference at a high level, our agency carried out the selection and rental of spaces; we calculated the equipment, provided delivery and installation of technical equipment. We implemented the branding of the event and printed products, such as: press folders, notebooks, pens, badges and handouts, were made.
Photo zones were prepared; floral elements were used in designing tables. A teleconference was organized during the Conference; simultaneous translation and professional photography were provided. In addition, our staff took care of catering – coffee breaks and the final gala dinner.
